FEDERAL LODGE 276, MADISON, WI WELCOME TO OUR FEDERAL LODGE 276 UNION WEB PAGE. Federal Lodge 276 is located in Madison, Wisconsin. We are a division of the Department of Agriculture and the Forest Service. We are located in heart of Madison on the west edge of the University of Wisconsin campus. We represent close to 200 bargaining unit employees, with 79 active union members. We are also a part of the National Federation of Federal Employees (NFFE), Federal District #1 of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.
